• We accept orders through a variety of channels including: WhatsApp and Calls.

We offer pick-up and delivery within the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 6pm

Sundays: 2pm to 6pm

Orders placed outside of delivery hours will be scheduled for the next delivery period.

• Call or WhatsApp us to confirm items are available for same-day delivery before placing your order online.

• Alternatively, find us on Bolt Foods by searching 'Swirl Seasons' in the app for a hassle-free same-day ordering experience. 

• NOTE: Due to Bolt commissions, our prices are a bit higher on Bolt Foods.

• Click the 'Order Online' button at the top of this page to start your order. 

• When you choose DELIVERY at the start of your order or at checkout, a delivery fee will be added to what you pay for online. 

• Choose PICK-UP option to only pay for the cost of the items you ordered. See PICK-UP tab below for details on pick-ups.

• Order by 6pm to ensure next-day delivery. Orders received on Fridays will be scheduled for delivery on Sundays.

1. When you choose PICK-UP at the start of your order or at checkout, you only pay for the cost of the items you ordered online. 

2. You can then pick up the order yourself; or ask us to manually arrange delivery for you. We will alert you when order is ready for pick-up.

3. You would pay the courier the delivery fee directly. Delivery rates are determined by the courier service provider e.g. Yango or Bolt

• We will manually arrange delivery at your stated time. 

• To ensure all your customization needs and preferences are met, kindly order at least 7 days to 3 weeks in advance.

Customised orders that usually require 7 days to 3 weeks notice, ordered at short notice may attract an Express Fee.

• We outsource deliveries to 3rd party courier services. We strive to use reliable brands such as Bolt, Yango, Ucabroute, and Digistore. However, we cannot be held liable for mishaps beyond our control.

• We have set flat delivery rates for your convenience, however in the instance that a courier's charge far exceeds our rate, a reasonable top up may be required on delivery. Should this happen, this will be communicated with you prior to dispatch.

• We reserve the right to modify our terms at any time. However, orders already placed will be completed according to prevailing terms at the time order was placed.
