WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

1. Paystacks: this allows you to pay online via Mobile Money on all local networks or via credit/debit card payment. To complete the booking online, choose Paystacks and follow the prompts.2. Manual payment: this allows you to make your booking on the website, and pay later offline. If you choose this option, we will contact you with more details. Your booking will remain pending until payment is made.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the highly personalized nature of each gift, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with any product, kindly contact us about it and we will sort you out kindly. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING POLICY?

We need at least 7 business days to process your order, so you need to book at least 7 days ahead. If you made an advance booking and payment has been made, you can cancel or reschedule before 7 days to the date booked. However, you may not get a full refund if customisation of your gift has already been done.

WHY DO YOUR SERVICES HAVE TIME SHOWN?

The time slots indicate how often the service can be delivered. Gifts|10 min means we can deliver one gift package every 10 minutes, or we make 6 gift deliveries in an hour. Even if your preferred time slot is unavailable, still book within that day. Let us know when we contact you and we'll work towards delivering on time.
